2 things about cbd oil………I get the syrup kind sometimes ( national brand) and just one tablespoon at night puts me into a deep sleep all night without waking up. And then I wake up totally refreshed. Secondly, I believe cbd is a mood enhancer, kind of a sense of well being. And w no kind of a high. It's a pretty kewl product I think. Thanks for the video Sir.

Great video. I tried the charlottes web CBD oil for an extended period of time and the only side effect I had was I felt a bit cloudy in the head. I tried the smilz CBD gummies and fell into a deep depression and had nightmares every night I took them. Finding the right CBD that works for you can be tricky.
Started with CBD oil very recently after a couple of trusted friends swore by it's benefits. Lifetime of anxiety, on and off meds throughout 30s and 40s. It's early days but wow. In the 1990’s the cannabinoid system was discovered in the human body, which creates its own cannabinoids, and has its own cannabinoid system, which is the largest number of chemical receptors in the human body. You aren’t going to learn anything about this in medical school, you’d have to dig deeper than that. Pharma companies see it as competition for their products, and the government still has it listed as a schedule one narcotic, which is sheer insanity, and holds back the science on this topic, because it’s nearly impossible to study it due to its illegality.
