I have been to so many different Yum Cha places, and of all the different restaurants in Sydney CBD, Palace Chinese Restaurant is most definitely one of my favourite Sydney restaurants for my Yum Cha Dim Sum Fix. I ordered a total of 15 different dim sum dishes, all of which i love – i also included some Yum cha ‘tips’ in there so hope it helps!

Yum Char vs Dim Sum, any difference?
He you
No doubt, one of the best yum cha videos I've ever seen – so much deliciousness! Your passion and enthusiasm is marvellous!
I’m super impressed with your descriptions of each dish and how much you can eat and still look so good 😁🌸
An Asian woman with an Australian accent. Pinch me.
Omg, i miss Dim Sum so much. Quarantine in NYC, 😕🙁 5/22/20.
The radish cake is a mix of raddish and rice flour with diced Chinese sausage and dry miniature prawn, scallion. yummy. Serve with oyster sauce.
My grandfather made the steam sponge cake, i always thought it was an American Chinese thing. Never ate it in HK.
Love the lotus sticky rice.
I love my sweet red bean dessert.
You forgot my fav, the fried taro dumpling.
I really enjoyed having dim sum with you 💕
Has ever told you not to speak with your mouth full lol
💜💜💜wish I was there I starving now💜💜💜
Best about your reviews are all the facial expressions:-)
That place looks so nice!! We’ll definitely have to eat there 🤤
We’ve NEVER seen a ‘mango donut’ at yum cha 😱
Hey janeice I am first time subscri to your YouTube channel and your awesome. Thank you. From hoang Sydney.
Oh, my goodness, Dim Sum is my absolute fave! I’ve missed going to my favourite spot during our shelter in place 🙁 🇨🇦
Looks delicious
Last time I was in China my cousin also gave me the same story about the Emporer. And why we tap the table when being served tea.
Ive been here too, it very good,
But the Best Yum cha in Sydney, is Zilver hands down..
The Chinese dim sums in Aussieland are definitely better than we hv here in America especially where I live. 👍
Back when I was working in town which is quite a while ago now the two go to places were Golden Century and this other restaurant on Dixen St (cant remember the name).
Fail where's the feng zhou
Janice , maybe you and Mikey Chen in Strickly Dumplings channel on YouTube can make a video in yum cha virtually. 👉🏻👈🏻☺️ awesome
Love your emperor story, love your channel, love you ❤️❤️
Janice..That's so cheap
Janice you are adorable
Janice, here in Canada for 11 yum cha dishes it would cost $170
Dim sum isn't cheap here and you can't order less than 8 dishes to be satisfied..so we go once a month or once in a while, not every weekend
You must have been at the restaurant for a long time. There was a ton of turn over on the table behind you.
She should tell the costs of those things.
Love your content!!
Oh my goodness How do you stay so slim Janice?? 🤷🤸
You have taken vlogging to a whole new level with your brilliant descriptions. Love your youtube channel
SI BA PO
Lucky you please next time let me know if you are going to Yum Cha. Sadly I don’t have anyone to go with for yum Cha. 😖😖😖
My parents also told me that story too about the emporer- and Im now telling my 3 boys 😊
Where is this place in Sydney?杏园
$8 parking in the city ! that's cheap
I've always been too scared to try things wrapped in leaf because there's not much description of what's in it, but what you described sounds delicious! ❤
Very good 😋
Love from Melbourne
Must eat chicken feet!
Any chance that u can make a video in Cantonese? Like a Q&A or something?
Where is the best yum cha , I am Turkish so I have no idea . I love emperors garden
I don't think it's bamboo leaf I think it's lotus leaf
Might have to be my new go-to Yum Cha place in Sydney now that they've closed the New Marigold. Hope they do a good pork pie and deep fried whitebait.
Hi Janice. Edjo and I really like your videos. This video was quite insightful. Today was our first time at Palace. The food and service are quite good but I found the prawn har gow a little bit too dense (too much wrapping) for my liking. We both think the taro dumpling is one of the best in Sydney. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 and keep on vlogging! 💗
Hello from Greece !!!!
